Diaw accused Chris of physical abuse and launched a lawsuit against him in 2023. According to Diaw’s lawsuit, in February 2023, at the Tape London nightclub, Brown struck him over the head with a bottle of Don Julio 1942, causing him to suffer “severe and lasting injuries.”
Diaw was taken to the hospital immediately after the event, and by the time he was released, he was unable to walk without crutches. According to reports, this event happened when Brown was traveling in Ireland as part of his global tour. Eight days before the alleged incident, on February 11, 2023, the tour began in Dublin’s 3Arena.
On Wednesday, Brown allegedly boarded a private plane to Manchester. Detectives from the Met raced to Manchester to arrest him as soon as they heard of this.
